McHenry and Sons Distillery is Australia’s southern-most whisky distillery and with its family heritage makes it the southern-most family run distillery in the world.  

Its southern location takes advantage of the cool-moist maritime environment, giving the maturing spirit the right conditions for maturing in the oak barrels. Uniquely, the property has its own pure springs, and the water from these springs becomes the heart of the developing spirit.

The distillery makes a range of premium spirits including its award wining London Dry Gin, its popular Sloe Gin, and Vodka. New to the Distillery are its Navy Strength Gin and its solera style Barrel Aged Gin.
